Depends on the plan. Comfort runs for 1 year, then becomes month-to-month and cancellable anytime. Flex cancels after 4 weeks notice. Prepaid plans (3, 6, 12 months) run their full term, but in exceptional circumstances we'll always look at what makes sense for you.
No. Memberships are capped on purpose. That's the entire point of a private fitness club. Even at peak hours (early morning, lunch, after work), the floor stays calm enough to actually train. If you've been to a 6 PM Basic-Fit, you'll feel the difference immediately.
Most members train on their own. The TechnoGym app integration helps you build and follow workouts straight from the machines, and the BFZ app holds your training schedule. If you ever want structured coaching, our Personal Coaching trajectory is one upgrade away.
