Group Coaching at BFZ trains in groups of four. Not classes. Not bootcamps. Real coaching, programmed to your level — just shared with three others moving toward the same kind of work.
Sessions run thirty to forty-five minutes depending on the group's level, scheduled flexibly to fit your week. Same coach. Same standard. Same training floor as everyone else at BFZ. The cost is shared, the attention isn't.
Spots are limited — only four groups run at any time. We keep the floor and the focus uncrowded by design.
Maximum four people. Enough to feel the energy of training together. Few enough that every set is seen, corrected and pushed. Group coaching that hasn't been watered down.
No fixed timetable. Sessions are scheduled with your group around your week — early mornings, weekday evenings, weekends. You train when it fits, not when a class is on the calendar.
Only four groups run at any time. Not because we can't fit more — because we won't. The floor stays calm, the coaching stays sharp, the experience stays premium.

Maximum four people per group. Small enough that every rep is still seen and coached, big enough to feel the energy of training together. We don't run larger sessions — that's a class, not group coaching.
No. Sessions are scheduled flexibly with your group, seven days a week. Mornings, evenings, weekends — whenever works. There's no fixed weekly timetable to fit your life around.
Either way. You can come in with three friends, a partner and family, or colleagues you train with. Or we place you in an existing group of similar level and goals — most of our group members started solo and were matched in.
For the 10-Session Card, no — you pay per pack, train when scheduled. The Plus Membership includes a full 24/7 fitness membership, so you can train solo on top of your two weekly group sessions. Most members go for the second option for that reason.
Sessions can be rescheduled with your group within the same week. For longer absences — illness, holidays — we hold your sessions and pick up where you left off. Nothing on the card expires unfairly.
No — Group Coaching is training only. Nutrition coaching is part of our Personal and Duo Coaching trajectories, where the work is fully individual. Group Coaching keeps the focus on the floor.
