Most of our duos are couples. Mothers and daughters. Two best friends who've been talking about it for years. People who already share something — and want to add this to it.

Duo Coaching at BFZ is built for exactly that. You train with someone you choose. Same coach. Same setting. Plans tailored to each of you individually — your bodies, your levels, your goals — but shared in the same hour, with the same rhythm.

The training stays serious. The atmosphere doesn't have to. You'll work harder than alone, laugh more than expected, and walk out together — every single time.

Cancelling on yourself is easy. Cancelling on the person beside you isn't. Your training partner becomes your most reliable reason to show up — even on the weeks you wouldn't otherwise.

What you want to know.

Yes — and most of our duos do. One wants to build strength, the other wants to lose body fat. One has a knee issue, the other has years of experience. Each of you gets a program tailored to your body and your goals — coached side by side, never one-size-fits-two.

The other still trains. Sessions can be rescheduled together within the same week, or one of you can keep the appointment solo while the other catches up later. For longer absences — illness, holidays, personal circumstances — we put your trajectory on hold and extend it. The plan adjusts to your lives, not the other way around.

Yes. Two separate programs, written individually based on your intake and TechnoGym Check-Up. You train in the same hour, with the same coach, but the work itself is yours alone — calibrated to your level, your weak points, your goals.

No problem. The program isn't shared — only the time and the coach are. A beginner trains beginner work. An advanced lifter trains advanced work. You'll be in the same room, often doing different things, with one coach managing both. Many of our most successful duos have very different starting points.

With All-In-One, yes — both of you get a personalised nutrition plan and weekly follow-ups. Training Only doesn't include nutrition coaching, but you can upgrade mid-trajectory if needed.

Most duos continue. After 12 weeks we evaluate progress for both of you, set new goals, and design the next phase. Some return to fitness-only access for self-led training. Others go deeper. There's no auto-renewal — every trajectory is a fresh decision.
