Meet the teamMost coaching trajectories run 1 to 3 sessions per week, depending on your goals and schedule. We discuss what's realistic and effective during intake — and adjust as we go. The number on the calendar matters less than the quality of each session.
We're flexible. Sessions can be rescheduled within the same week. For longer absences — illness, holidays, personal circumstances — we put your trajectory on hold and extend it by the remaining weeks. The plan adjusts to your life, not the other way around.
With All-In-One, yes — a personalised nutrition plan and weekly follow-ups are built in. Training Only is purely focused on training and doesn't include nutrition guidance, but you can always upgrade mid-trajectory.
Most members continue. After 12 weeks we evaluate progress, set new goals, and design the next phase. Some return to fitness-only access for self-led training. Others go deeper. There's no auto-renewal — every trajectory is a fresh decision.
