How we handle your data.

Last updated: October 2026. This policy describes what personal data BFZ Club collects, why we collect it, and your rights under GDPR.

Who we are

BFZ Club is a private fitness and coaching club operated by BFZ CommV, registered in Belgium under VAT BE0779950670. Our address is Roeselarestraat 6, 8980 Zonnebeke, Belgium. For all data-related questions, contact us at info@bfzclub.be.

What data we collect

From contact and membership forms: name, email address, optional phone number, the subject or interest you select, and any free-text message you send. We only ask for what's needed to respond.

From analytics: when you give consent via our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 with anonymized IP to understand which pages are visited, how visitors arrived, and roughly where they're located (city level, not address). No personal identifiers are stored.

Why we collect it

Form data is used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule a tour, or process a membership application. Analytics data helps us improve the site and understand which content is useful. We never sell your personal data. Marketing cookies from Meta and Google Ads are only set with your consent.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are retained for up to 24 months for follow-up purposes, then deleted. Analytics data is automatically purged by Google after 14 months.

Third parties involved

Forms are processed by Web3Forms (form delivery). Analytics is handled by Google Analytics 4. Hosting is provided by Netlify. Meta (Meta Pixel) is involved only if you accept marketing cookies; Google (Google Ads) only uses your visit for ad measurement after you accept marketing cookies. The Google tag itself loads on every page in Consent Mode v2: without your consent it sets no cookies and only sends cookieless basic signals to Google (such as the page visited), without an advertising profile. All of these are GDPR-compliant providers.

Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to specific uses of your data.
• Withdraw consent for analytics and marketing cookies at any time, via the "Manage cookie preferences" button on our cookie page (or by clearing your browser cookies for this site).
• Lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

To exercise any of these rights, email info@bfzclub.be. We respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
