BFZ Club is a private fitness and coaching club operated by BFZ BV, registered in België under VAT BE0779950670. Our address is Roeselarestraat 6, 8980 Zonnebeke, België. For all data-related questions, contact us at info@bfzclub.be.
From contact and membership forms: name, email address, optional phone number, the subject or interest you select, and any free-text message you send. We only ask for what's needed to respond.
From analytics: when you give consent via our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 with anonymized IP to understand which pages are visited, how visitors arrived, and roughly where they're located (city level, not address). No personal identifiers are stored.
Form data is used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule a tour, or process a membership application. Analytics data helps us improve the site and understand which content is useful. We never sell or share your personal data with advertisers.
Form submissions are retained for up to 24 months for follow-up purposes, then deleted. Analytics data is automatically purged by Google after 14 months.
Forms are processed by Web3Forms (form delivery). Analytics is handled by Google Analytics 4. Hosting is provided by Netlify. All three are GDPR-compliant providers.
